Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 · effective September 2026 · Previous versions

This is the agreement between you and Unvamp. If you sell tickets or stream events, the Organiser Agreement also applies and governs on organiser matters.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Unvamp you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not accept, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to hold an account, and at least 18 to sell tickets, receive payouts, or use wallet and marketplace features. Individual events may set their own minimum age, which is enforced at purchase and at entry.

3. Your account

Give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account, so protect your credentials and enable two-factor authentication or a passkey. Tell us promptly at security@unvamp.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.

4. What Unvamp is

Unvamp is a platform. Organisers contract directly with attendees; we provide ticketing, payment collection, streaming and related services, and we are not the promoter or seller of any event. We do not guarantee that an event will take place, that it will match its description, or that any particular performer will appear.

5. Tickets and payment

The price shown at checkout includes our fees and, where applicable, tax. Payment is taken at purchase. A ticket is a revocable licence to attend, subject to the organiser’s and the venue’s conditions. We may cancel an order where we detect fraud, a pricing error, or a breach of these terms.

Refund entitlements are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Streaming

Stream access is personal to you and limited to the number of simultaneous screens your ticket tier allows. Recording, downloading, re-streaming or redistributing a stream is prohibited. We may end a session that breaches this. Streaming depends on your connection and on networks outside our control; we aim for continuous delivery but do not warrant it.

7. Marketplace

Where resale is enabled for an event, sellers must hold the tickets they list and must comply with any price cap the organiser or local law imposes. Funds are held until transfer completes. Listing tickets you do not hold, or selling the same ticket more than once, is fraud and will be treated as such.

8. Wallet

Wallet balances are stored value for use on Unvamp. They are not a bank deposit, earn no interest, and are not protected by a deposit guarantee scheme. Withdrawals require identity verification and settle to your verified payout method.

9. Acceptable use

Our Community Guidelines set the standards for content and conduct and form part of these terms. In addition, do not probe or attack our infrastructure, scrape at scale, use automation to acquire tickets, or circumvent access controls.

10. Intellectual property

Unvamp owns the platform, its software, and its brand. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use it for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it as described in the Organiser Agreement. Copyright complaints go through our DMCA process.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and our Cookie Policy covers cookies.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms, a legal requirement, or a serious risk to users or the platform. Where practical we give notice and an opportunity to put things right; for serious breaches we act immediately and review afterwards. Appeals go to appeals@unvamp.com.

Termination does not remove obligations already incurred — refunds owed, chargeback liability, or tickets already sold.

13. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, if a service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, or not as described, your statutory remedies apply regardless of anything else here.

Tickets for events on a specific date are generally exempt from the 14-day distance-selling cancellation right (for example under Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK regulations), which is why tickets are non-refundable other than as set out in the Refund Policy. That exemption does not affect your remedies where an event is cancelled, materially changed, or not as described.

14. Disclaimers and liability

Except as stated in these terms and as required by law, the platform is provided as-is. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through Unvamp in the twelve months before the claim, or £100 (or local equivalent). If you are a consumer, this limit does not reduce any remedy the law requires us to provide.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, war, civil unrest, epidemic, industrial action, government action, and failure of utilities or third-party networks. This does not remove an attendee’s refund entitlement where an event does not go ahead.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in-product before they take effect, and continuing to use Unvamp after that is acceptance. If you do not accept, you may close your account; changes never apply retroactively to a purchase already made.

17. Disputes

Contact support@unvamp.com first — most issues resolve there. If we cannot resolve it, consumers in the EU may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, and consumers elsewhere retain access to any applicable ombudsman or small-claims route. Nothing here requires you to give up the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

19. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it as part of a transfer of the business. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between us.
