Sign up as an organiser, go to Events > Create Event, and follow the 7-step wizard to set up your event details, tickets, and streaming configuration.

Organisers set their own ticket prices. Unvamp charges a small platform fee per ticket sold. Attendees see the final price including all fees at checkout.

Yes. Go to the Marketplace and list your ticket for sale, swap, or change. Escrow protects both parties during the transaction.

Yes. Stream directly from a browser, the Unvamp mobile app, or your existing studio software. Multi-camera setups are supported.

Yes. Each ticket tier has a configurable screen limit (e.g., 1 screen for regular, 5 for group tickets). This prevents unauthorised sharing.

Physical event payouts settle T+2 (2 days after event). Virtual event payouts settle T+5. Payouts go to your configured bank account or mobile money.

Refunds are only available if an event is cancelled. For ticket swaps or downgrades, the balance is held in your wallet.

Know Your Customer verification is required for organisers to receive payouts and for higher transaction limits. The verification process varies by country.
