Common pricing questions

Do you charge a monthly subscription?

No. Organisers pay per event. Attendees see the final price at checkout with all fees included.

How do refunds work?

If an event is cancelled, we refund the full purchase to your wallet within one business day. For ticket swaps and downgrades the balance stays in your wallet.

Which currencies can I sell in?

Six local currencies today: NGN, GBP, EUR, USD, KES, ZAR. Prices on this page render in the selected market’s currency.

When do I get paid?

Physical events settle T+2 after the show. Virtual events settle T+5. Payouts land in your configured bank account or mobile money wallet.

Can I switch plans later?

Attendee plans (Free and Premium) can be switched at any time from your account settings. Organiser billing is always per event.
