Community Guidelines

Version 1.0 · effective September 2026 · Previous versions

These are the standards every account on Unvamp is held to — as an attendee, an organiser, a seller, or a viewer. They apply to events, listings, streams, chat, reviews and profiles.

1. Who this applies to

Everyone with an Unvamp account, and everything posted through one: event pages, ticket listings, live streams and their recordings, chat messages, Q&A and polls, reviews, profile text and images.

2. Not allowed

Illegal content and conduct

Child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, incitement to violence, trafficking in people or controlled goods, and any content whose possession or distribution is a crime in the market where it is published. CSAM is detected automatically on upload, removed, and reported to the relevant authority. There is no appeal path that restores this content.

Fraud and deception

Listing tickets you do not hold, selling the same ticket twice, advertising an event you have no intention or ability to run, impersonating another person or organisation, fake reviews, and payment fraud including stolen-card use and chargeback abuse.

Harassment and hate

Targeted abuse, threats, stalking, doxxing, and content attacking people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.

Infringement

Streaming or uploading material you do not hold the rights to, including recorded music, film, and broadcast footage. Rights holders can file a notice through our DMCA process.

Platform abuse

Circumventing screen limits or geo-restrictions, recording or redistributing streams, scraping, automated ticket purchasing, creating accounts to evade a suspension, and attempting to access another account or our infrastructure without authorisation.

Misleading event listings

Material facts must be accurate: who is performing, when and where, what a ticket admits you to, the total price including fees, and any age restriction. Changing these after sale without notifying ticket holders is a breach.

3. How we enforce

Reports and automated signals are reviewed by our trust and safety team. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, cancel a listing, withhold or reverse a payout, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate it. For the most serious categories we act immediately and review afterwards.

We tell you what was actioned and which guideline it fell under, unless telling you would prejudice a legal investigation or put someone at risk.

4. Appeals

You can appeal any enforcement decision by replying to the notice we send or writing to appeals@unvamp.com within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision. We aim to respond within 10 business days. If we got it wrong, we restore the content or account and say so.

Users in the EU may also refer a dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act, and retain the right to go to court.

5. Reporting

Every event, listing, stream, chat message and review has a report control. For copyright use the DMCA form. For anything urgent involving risk to life, contact local emergency services first, then safety@unvamp.com.
